This delicious sauce is made with crème fraiche, thyme and garlic.

Vegetable stock (water, carrot, leek, onion, garlic), whipping cream,crème fraiche (paseurized cultured cream) (12%), tomatoes, rapeseed oil, corn flour, salt, tomato paste, garlic (1%), sugar, fish stock, herbs (e.g. thyme) (0,15%), spices, white wine extract, spice extracts.

Keep refrigerated at +2°C to +8°C.

Preparation instructions

1.
Put 400-500 g fish in an oven-proof baking dish.
2.
Gently shake the pouch and then pour the sauce on top of the fish.
3.
Place in oven (180°C) for 20-25 minutes.
