Our cook-in sauces have been developed by professional chefs and taste-tested by children, so we know that they are loved by little ones and adults alike. Quick, easy, delicious; ideal for a hectic weekday! Salmon is phenomenal with “Simply add fish!” but even cod or pollock will make yummy meals for the whole family.

This delicious sauce is made with cream, tomatoes, seafood stock and white wine.

Ingredients

Vegetable stock (water, carrot, leek, onion, garlic), whipping cream (25%), mussel and fish stock, tomatoes (3,5%), corn flour, rapeseed oil, cooking wine (3,8 g), tomato paste (1,5%), salt, onion, garlic, sugar, herbs (e.g. thyme)
(0,04%), spices, white wine extract, spice extracts.

Storage and freshness information

Keep refrigerated at +2°C to +8°C.

Preparation instructions

1.
Put 400-500 g fish in an oven-proof baking dish.
2.
Gently shake the pouch and then pour the sauce on top of the fish.
3.
Place in oven (180°C) for 20-25 minutes.
