Swedish sandwich cake

Abba Swedish sandwich cake.

Ingredient list

  • 12 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 slices lengthwise sliced rye bread

Filling 1

  • 1 dl Abba Creamed Tuna Spread
  • 200 g tuna fish fillets in water
  • 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Black pepper
  • Salad spice

Moisten the bread with the liquid from the tuna jar and put six slices of white bread as the bottom layer.

Mix the ingredients in Filling 1 and spread it on the bread.

Place the rye on top, mix the ingredients for Filling 2 and spread it over the dark bread.

Add the remaining white bread slices on top of this.

Finally, decorate the cake with the remaining ingredients. You can of course add whichever ingredients as decoration, according to your own personal taste.
